2. No Guarantee of Results

Search engine optimization and digital marketing involve factors outside our direct control, including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. While we apply professional expertise and best practices to every engagement, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information including name, address, phone number, and service descriptions
• Grant necessary access to Google Business Profile, website, or other platforms as required for the agreed service
• Respond to reasonable requests for information or approvals within a timely manner
• Not engage a direct competitor in the same service category and geographic territory with us simultaneously

4. Territory Exclusivity

We offer one client per service category per geographic territory. Once an exclusivity agreement is in place for your service area and category, we will not take on a direct competitor in that territory while you remain a client. Exclusivity is confirmed in your service agreement and applies only to the specific category and area defined therein.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, page designs, and code — is the property of Tree Top SEO Experts LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

Deliverables we create for you (such as keyword research reports, written content, or strategy documents) become your property upon full payment.
